I offer a limited number of Personal Training Sessions at Culcairn and Thurgoona. Each session is customised to your goals, needs, abilities and are designed to take your fitness to the next level.
A range of options are used according to preference and goals and include: traditional resistance, cardio and body weight exercises using interval and strength training methods. Boxing and functional exercises are also used.
