During this session we break down boxing using effective boxing drills and combine it with the benefits of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).


Like all of our sessions we focus on correct technique while achieving the results you desire. You will also learn how to hold focus pads safely and reduce the risk of injury.


You don’t need a partner for this session, you will be matched to a partner in the class (and if there is an odd number of participants, I will join in 🙂 ) .
