I run 8 group sessions a week at 2 great locations. Thurgoona Community Centre and Culcairn at Billabong High School.

Each session has a different purpose and there is a session to suit everyone. Most sessions can be adapted to individual needs such as fitness levels or injury.

I don’t yell, and we don’t do burpees – It’s just not my style

All classes are fun, friendly & supportive and are a maximum of 8-10 participants so that I can so that I can meet your individual needs and provide personalised service.

My goal is for you to finish each session feeling inspired, motivated & energised (and probably a little sweaty!)!

Bookings are essential and newcomers will need to arrive 10 minutes early to discuss their individual needs.
