This fun low impact class is a total body workout designed to improve strength while increasing your fitness. It’s an easy to follow program for all ages and levels of fitness focusing on function and form.

It is a small group training session that is adapted to your needs and perfect for:

– Building a solid foundation
– Ensuring your technique is correct
– Starting or returning to exercise
- Recovering from injury
- Exercising during and after pregnancy
– Working at your own fitness level while being encouraged to progress to the next level and beyond

in a fun, supportive and non-intimidating environment.

Each class typically consists of approximately 10 stations, where a different exercise is designated at each. The exercises are carefully combined to work every energy system and muscle group.
